Pre-seasoned with 100% natural vegetable oil and ready for use. Speed the processes of cooking by applying on top of food and creating an even heat distribution underneath, or preheat prior to application to create a grilled mark sear. Comfort use, easy grip integral handle; handle and press cast as one piece. Cooking surface measures 8.31". Easy care: hand wash, dry, rub with cooking oil.
